An Authorized ABB Panel Builder in the EP Group
Exa Power designs and builds type-tested low-voltage assemblies in the UAE and GCC, as part of the EP Group of Companies operating under the Enabling Power banner.

Exa Power is a low-voltage switchgear and panel builder serving the UAE and the wider GCC. We design and build type-tested assemblies to IEC 61439 on authorized ABB systems, covering main switchboards, motor control centres, distribution boards, power factor correction panels and source-transfer equipment.
Our approach combines recognised ABB technology with disciplined in-house engineering, assembly and testing. Every panel is designed against the client’s requirements, built to standard, factory tested before dispatch, and backed by after-sales support. We would rather be straightforward about what an assembly can and cannot do than over-promise, because the reputation of an electrical company rests on equipment that performs as stated for years.
We work with EPC contractors, consultants, facility owners and specifiers who need low-voltage equipment they can rely on, delivered with the documentation to prove its compliance. For these clients, the value of a single accountable partner who handles design, build, test and support is significant.

More of Your Requirement Under One Group
Being part of the EP Group means Exa Power is not a standalone workshop but a member of a connected family of electrical businesses operating under the Enabling Power banner. For a client, that has tangible value. The same project that needs type-tested switchgear from Exa Power often also needs distribution products and components, which our sister company Emirates Panel supplies as an authorized distributor across the GCC, and convenient online sourcing, which EP Finder provides as a marketplace.
This means a single trusted relationship can extend across more of a project’s electrical scope, reducing the number of suppliers a project team has to qualify, manage and reconcile. It also helps with the practical matter of spares: ABB components used in our assemblies are broadly available through the group’s distribution channels, so support does not stop at handover.
The group is part of a wider structure that includes electrical businesses serving North America, the GCC and East Africa, giving Exa Power the backing of an organisation with a genuinely regional and international outlook.

Do It Properly, Then Prove It
The electrical equipment Exa Power builds sits at the heart of buildings and plant that people depend on, so our philosophy is deliberately conservative: design it correctly, build it within a verified system, test it before it ships, and document what we did. We would rather decline to make a claim we cannot substantiate than dress up an assembly with marketing that the engineering does not support. In a sector where a switchboard may run for decades, that honesty is not a constraint, it is the whole value proposition.
This is also why we are explicit about working to IEC 61439 and within authorized ABB systems, and why our documentation is offered on request rather than as a vague assurance. An owner or consultant should be able to see, in the records, that the assembly is what it is said to be. Getting it right the first time and being able to prove it is, in the long run, the cheapest and most reliable way to build low-voltage equipment.
Support That Continues After Handover
An assembly’s relationship with its builder should not end at delivery. We provide after-sales support and spare-part guidance for the equipment we supply, drawing on the broad availability of standardised ABB components through the EP Group’s distribution channels. Because we hold the as-built records and know exactly what went into each assembly, we can identify the correct replacement quickly rather than leaving an owner to guess at part numbers during a fault.
Where an installation needs to be extended or modified later, the same records and the same ABB system family make that work straightforward and keep the assembly within its verified design. This continuity, from the original engineering through to long-term support, is what we mean when we say we aim to be a dependable partner rather than a one-time supplier. It is also where being part of the EP Group matters in practice: the group’s distribution reach helps keep the right components flowing to the assemblies we have built, for as long as they are in service.
Single-Source, Start to Finish
From the first single-line diagram to delivery on site, Exa Power acts as a single point of responsibility for your low-voltage assemblies. We handle design, component selection, build, factory testing, delivery and after-sales support, so you have one accountable partner rather than a chain of suppliers passing responsibility between them. That single line of accountability matters most when a project is under programme pressure and questions need a clear, fast answer.
If your project also needs electrical distribution products or online sourcing, we can point you to our sister companies, Emirates Panel and EP Finder, so the wider EP Group can serve more of your requirement under one trusted group. The aim throughout is to make the engineering reliable, the documentation complete, and the relationship simple.
